The Stream Water Sample has a lot more species evident than the Bay Did! It looks like there is the Desmidiale Micrasterias johnsonii var. ranoidesPic! Here is a lobose testate amoeba in which to component plates are squarish! This would most likely put this organism Pic in the Quadrulella genus!
